Benzalkonium Chloride 50 %

Benzalkonium Chloride 50 % is a quaternary ammonium compound that provides rapid antimicrobial action against bacteria, algae and enveloped viruses. It is stable across pH 4-10 and compatible with cationic and non-ionic systems.

The aqueous solution is preserved with 0.1 % sodium benzoate and remains clear down to −5 °C.
